The Spiritual Revolution : FeeQalbee

The Ar Rihla Foundation in conjunction with FeeQalbee presents : The Spiritual Revolution.

This programme has been taught to more than 1400 Muslimaat, Alhamdulillah. It comprises of 3 chapters: Inspiring Aspirations, Moistened Lips – Softened Hearts, and In Communion with the Most High. Amongst the numerous aspects taught & discussed, are: Attitude Awareness, Developing a good personality, progressing towards positive development, time appreciation, connecting to Allah Ta’ala, Love and devotion to Allah Ta’ala, cultivating fertile hearts, etc.

This programme includes: discussion of the workshop manual provided to each attendee, ice-breakers, group / individual activities, visualisations, affirmations, etc. —Alhamdulillah, lots of learning, enrichment & inspiration for our sisters!

The entire programme centres around the expression of the poet Allama Iqbal:

“Be aware of your own worth, use all of your power to achieve it. Create an ocean from a dewdrop. Do not beg for light from the moon, obtain it from the spark within you.!”


The programme is conducted by renowned motivational speaker & life-coach Haafidhah Rayhaanah Omar, founder of FeeQalbee (www.feeqalbee.com).
