1.2. Registering for and/or attending any course/seminar/lecture/workshop or other activity conducted in conjunction with or by Ar Rihla is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2.1. No registration for any activity conducted by Ar Rihla is valid without acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. Ar Rihla may amend these conditions from time to time. By accessing this site you are bound to the version of the conditions published here at the time of any visit to this site.

3.1.3. It is your responsibility to become au fait with all the Terms & Conditions of Ar Rihla and/or any other institution/organisation working in conjunction with Ar Rihla.
4. Rules & Regulations
The Rules & Regulations laid out by Ar Rihla are to be abided by at all times by all attendees of any course/seminar/lecture/workshop or other activity conducted in conjunction with or by Ar Rihla.
4.1.1.Failure to abide by these Rules may/will result in expulsion from the activity venue and/or any other appropriate form of reprisal including but not limited to legal action should this be decided by the Management of Ar Rihla.
4.1.2.Should any individual not abide by these Rules and subsequently be expelled/barred from an Ar Rihla activity,Ar Rihla will NOT refund any fees paid nor will any correspondence be entered into.
4.1.2.1. Ar Rihla reserves the right to permanently bar and expel any individual/s from any/all of Ar Rihla’s events/seminars/courses without disclosing the nature of refusal.
4.1.3.Ar Rihla reserves the right to refuse any individual’s application for registration without disclosing the nature of refusal.
